Your AK Albela account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials — username, password or any two-factor authentication code — with any other person. AK Albela cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, you must notify AK Albela customer support immediately.
Account usernames must not impersonate other individuals, use offensive language or include personal contact information. AK Albela reserves the right to require a username change if it breaches these standards.
Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If more than one account is found linked to the same individual — by device, payment method, IP address, identity document or any other indicator — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balance held in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. Welcome bonuses or first-deposit promotions claimed across multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in all associated accounts being permanently banned.
AK Albela processes all deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit process. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted from time to time. Deposits are credited to your AK Albela PKR balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. In rare cases where a deposit is delayed, please contact customer support with your transaction reference before initiating a second deposit for the same amount.
AK Albela reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that appears to involve fraudulent payment details, a payment instrument belonging to a third party, or funds connected to illegal activity.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered under the same name as your AK Albela account. Third-party withdrawals — sending winnings to an account belonging to someone else — are not permitted under any circumstances.
Before your first withdrawal is processed, AK Albela may require identity verification. This typically involves confirming your name, date of birth and the ownership of your registered payment method. Once verified, your account carries that status and routine subsequent withdrawals do not require repeated documentation.

AK Albela does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals. However, if a player repeatedly deposits and withdraws without meaningful game activity, AK Albela reserves the right to apply an administration charge or decline the withdrawal pending review.
Any active bonus balance that has not yet met its wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money PKR balance that is free of wagering obligations is available for withdrawal at any time.

Bonus Abuse: Any strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine game play — including but not limited to low-variance betting patterns solely to clear wagering, collusion with other players or exploiting technical errors — constitutes bonus abuse. AK Albela may void bonus winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.
AK Albela hosts games provided by third-party game studios. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between a game's own rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail for account and payment matters; game-specific rules govern individual game outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the AK Albela platform:
AK Albela uses game outcome records from our provider systems as the authoritative source for resolving any disputes about game results. If a game result displayed on your device differs from the server record due to a connection interruption, the server record is final.
If you experience a disconnection during a game, your bet remains active on the server. AK Albela is not responsible for losses caused by your internet connection, device performance or power failures on your end. We recommend using a stable connection — our app is optimised for Pakistani 4G networks to minimise the impact of common connectivity issues.

Promotional communications are separate from transactional communications. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time through your account notification settings or by contacting support. Opting out of promotional communications does not affect your ability to use the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in that account — including both real-money and bonus balance — may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. AK Albela will communicate the reason for closure to the affected player except where doing so would compromise a fraud or security investigation.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Real-money PKR balances free of wagering obligations will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any required verification is completed.
